All records relating to financial and securities transactions is still retained for a time period stipulated by the law. After that, the information is handed over to the relevant authorities, namely the Securities and Exchange Commission of Zambia (SEC), Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) and Bank Of Zambia (BOZ).
After this, all history of passed transactions is completely deleted.
