Our Structure
The company is structured into 2 key operational departments, Trading & Admin and Technical. Trading focuses on the markets, orders and execution of trades as well as internal running of the business while the technical team focuses on the development and maintenance of our trading platform. Each operationalarea is led by a director.

Makoba Kaweme
Managing Director
Makoba is a founding member of Ntanzhi Investment services and has been serving as managing director from inception. With a keen interest in the capital markets and finance, he's been a member of Capital Market association from 2022. Makoba holds a Bachelor' Degree in Mechanical Engineering obtained from the University of Zambia.
William Silwimba
Director - Trading and Admin
William is a founding member of Ntanzhi Investment services and has been serving as Director of the Trading and Administration department from inception. With a keen interest in the capital markets and finance, he's been a member of Capital Market association from 2024. William hold a Bachelor' Degree in Law obtained from the University of Zambia
Caesar Chellah
Director - Technical
Caesar is a founding member of Ntanzhi Investment services and has been serving as Director of the Technical department from inception. With expertise in engineering, he was involved in the building of app and websites and oversees all technical aspects of the company. Caesar hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering obtained from the University of Zambia.
